Security practices
Review the Security page for implemented HTTPS, authentication, tenant isolation, private file access, permission controls and backups. No SOC 2, ISO certification or independent penetration test is claimed.
Privacy and data processing
The Privacy Notice explains controller and processor roles. The Data Processing Agreement supplies baseline Article 28 terms for customer organizations using the pilot.
Subprocessors
The published list identifies Hetzner hosting, Resend transactional email, Cloudflare DNS and reverse proxy services, GoDaddy domain registration and public certificate services. External analytics and Stripe billing are not active.
Availability and continuity
The application and email worker restart automatically and rolling infrastructure backups are enabled. External uptime monitoring and a completed restoration exercise remain outstanding, so no uptime commitment is made.
Current boundary
This is a free pilot operated by Lyuben Doykin in Bulgaria. Paid subscriptions, marketing campaigns and unsupported sensitive-data processing are not active.
