Retention and Deletion Policy
How information is retained during the current free pilot.
Active accounts
Account, workspace and operational information is kept while needed to provide and secure an active pilot workspace. Users should remove obsolete records and avoid collecting unnecessary personal data.
Cancellation and deletion requests
Verified cancellation or deletion requests are reviewed to avoid deleting another person’s workspace or records that other authorized users still need. Once confirmed, operational data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days. The current pilot process is operator-assisted rather than an instant automated erasure.
Backups
Infrastructure backups rotate through seven slots. Information removed from the live service may remain in a protected backup for up to seven additional days and is not restored except for disaster recovery.
Security and legal records
Short-lived sessions, reset and verification tokens expire automatically. Limited security, consent, support, dispute or legal records may be retained longer where necessary to establish rights, prevent abuse or comply with law. The reason and period must be documented.
Requests
Submit access, correction, export, restriction or deletion requests through account Settings or [email protected]. Do not email passwords or identity documents unless a secure verification method has first been agreed.
