How do upgrades and downgrades work?+
Paid upgrades and downgrades are not active during the free pilot. Any future paid launch will publish final terms and require an explicit subscription choice.
What happens at the end of the trial?+
The current pilot is free. If pilot access ends, you may request an export and operational data will be scheduled for deletion under the published retention policy.
How do I cancel?+
Email [email protected]. After the request is verified, operational data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days, with a limited backup tail described in the Retention Policy.
Are taxes and support guarantees included?+
No payment is taken during the free pilot. Taxes, final prices and paid-service terms will be published before billing is activated. No guaranteed response time is currently offered.
