StayMission Free Pilot Service Terms
Terms for the current free pilot operated from Bulgaria. Effective 15 September 2026.
Operator and pilot status
StayMission is operated by Lyuben Doykin, an individual based in Bulgaria. Contact [email protected]. No incorporated company or paid subscription service is represented by these terms. A public correspondence address has not yet been designated, so paid public use is not offered at this stage.
Eligibility and agreement
Users must be at least 18. By creating a workspace, the workspace owner accepts these terms and confirms authority to invite users and enter information. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
What the service provides
StayMission supports property records, tasks, cleaning, maintenance, inspections, owner communication and related operational records. It is not an emergency service, accounting or legal service, booking channel, property-management agent or guarantee that work will be completed.
Free access and availability
The pilot is supplied without charge, guaranteed uptime or service-level commitment. Features may change and access may be suspended for security, maintenance, unlawful use or serious breach. Reasonable notice will be given where practical.
User responsibilities
Workspace owners control invitations and are responsible for a lawful basis for personal data they enter, accurate records, appropriate permissions and instructions to their staff. Users must protect credentials and must not upload unlawful content, malware, identity documents, payment-card details, special-category data or secrets that are unnecessary for property operations.
Ownership and licence
Users retain rights in information they submit and grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and transmit it to provide and secure the service. StayMission software, branding and original materials remain the operator’s property. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying the contributor publicly.
Cancellation and deletion
A user may stop using the free pilot and request cancellation or deletion through Settings or [email protected]. Operational data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days after a verified cancellation request, subject to legitimate security, dispute and legal retention. Rolling backups may retain deleted data for up to a further seven days.
Liability and acceptable use
Use the pilot only for lawful property operations. Do not rely on it as the only record for emergencies, safety inspections, legal deadlines or financial reporting. To the extent permitted by Bulgarian law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or consequences of inaccurate user data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Law and contact
Bulgarian law governs these terms, without removing mandatory protections applicable to consumers. Try to resolve questions first through [email protected]. These terms must be replaced or reviewed before paid subscriptions are activated.
