A practical setup path for your management workspace.
1. Create and verify your account
Create a workspace, accept the pilot terms and verify your email using the branded message sent by StayMission. Sign in to open your workspace.
2. Complete your workspace profile
Choose your business type and primary goal in Getting Started. Confirm your timezone, reporting currency and owner contact information in Settings.
3. Add a property and owner
Create the property record, check its address and link the owner. Add one operational test job so you can test the complete workflow.
4. Invite your team
Choose the role that matches each person’s work. Assign a cleaning or maintenance job and verify the worker sees only the expected information.
5. Review the owner experience
Publish an appropriate update and invite the linked owner. Check their portal with an owner test account before expanding the pilot.
6. Respect the pilot boundary
StayMission is currently a free pilot without paid billing or an uptime guarantee. Review the Privacy Notice, Data Processing Agreement and prohibited-data guidance before entering personal information.
